Day 1

Arrival at Venice

Arrival at Venice Air port Later proceed to hotel by private Transfer .Check in and rest of the day free for leisure.Overnight at Venice.

Day 2

Venice island Tour with Gandola ride

After buffet breakfast,Today morning proceed for the Best of Venice tour with St. Marks.Enjoy the famous sights of Venice with the entrance to St.Marks Basilica,Rialto Bridge,Bridge of Sighs Later proceed to experience the world famous Gondola Ride.Later return to hotel.Overnight at Venice.(B)

Day 3

Venice – Rome by Train

After buffet breakfast,Proceed to Venice station and board a train for Rome.Upon arrival in Rome,check in to hotel and proceed to Afternoon optional Vatican City tour with St. Peters Basilica, Vatican Museum,St.peters Square and churches. Later return to hotel.Overnight at Rome.(B)

  • Before submitting your application at the Embassy please prepare the following documentation:
  • valid passport (issued within the last 10 years and with at least 3 months validity after the scheduled return) with at least two empty pages

  • together with Declaration on True and Complete Information according to  55 AufenthG
  • Citizenship Certificate, original and one copy
  • 1 copy of your passport’s data page (A4 size copy)

  • Flight reservation (rail tickets if applicable)
  • Proof of accommodation for your entire stay in the Schengen area

  • Personal covering letter (explaining the purpose of your visit)

  • Detailed schedule of your business meetings
  • Exhibitor’s pass / visitor’s pass (in case applicant wants to go to a trade fair)
